Dionysia Katelouzou

Dionysia Katelouzou is a Reader (Associate Professor) in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. Her current research deals with investor stewardship, shareholder activism, and sustainability, especially from a socio-legal and transnational perspective. Her work is distinctive in its empirical orientation and combines socio-legal analysis with empirical methods (incl. econometric analysis, network analysis, in-depth interviews and natural language processing).  She is leading the ECGI-supported Global Investor Stewardship project, consisting of more than 120 academic and non-academic members across 27 jurisdictions around the world. She has authorship of 21 research outputs (books/journal articles/chapters) with >365 citations and more than 20 shorter articles and blogposts. She has received the British Academy Mid-Career Fellowship Award 2022, several other smaller grants and prizes and has conducted commissioned for the Financial Reporting Council.
