9. DVFA Governance- & Stewardship-Conference, Germany

Under the theme “Corporate Governance 2027: Providing Guidance in Uncertain Times,” the DVFA Conference is bringing together experts from the corporate sector, academia, and the investment industry with the goal of making room for informed analysis, diverse perspectives, and practical discussion on key governance issues.

In addition to the results of the DVFA Scorecard for Corporate Governance, this year’s event will focus on current developments in the European corporate governance landscape and insights into stewardship and collaborative engagement. Furthermore, we will address the topic of supervisory board compensation and offer a preview of the 2027 annual shareholder meeting season.
